Scheduling of Fees
Prior to commencing of any treatment procedure you will be advised of the total fee applicable for the treatment to be undertaken. Most orthodontic procedures extend over a period of a few months to up to two years and the treatment fee is spread over the active treatment period and balance to be fully paid upon treatment completion. For someone undergoing a full complete treatment involving upper and lower braces the payment schedule is spread over a fifteen months period commencing on the first month after the braces are fitted. This payment period can be modified if necessary for you to gain the most benefit from your treatment purposes.This can be discussed during your treatment planning or consultation period and arrangement can be made to suit you better. The fee covers the entire treatment including treatment planning, fitting of the braces, monthly adjustments, removal of braces, fitting of retainers and observation period thereafter. However, it does not cover any procedures performed by your general dental practitioner or other specialist should there be any. Package Payment Options · 34% - 50% initial deposit followed by monthly instalment payments (at no interest). · Courtesy of discount for payment in full at the commencement of treatment. If full payment of the total fee is made by cheque or cash at the commencement of treatment a 5% reduction of the total package fee is given.
